YOUR FRIEND IS MY FRIEND
A New Funny Show for Grades 3-K through 4th Grade
Our new show, YOUR FRIEND IS MY FRIEND, is filled with hilarious stories, larger-than-life characters, audience participation, lively music and dance, and the paper-and-cardboard magic that has delighted generations of children. This funny, heartwarming hour of theater is perfect for children ages 3 through 9, and fun for everyone!
The adventure begins as The Paper Bag Players arrive by hot-air balloon, canoe, and train to start the show. You’ll watch a party grow as friends invite friends in “Any Friend of Yours,” cheer for a baby dragon raised in a cardboard castle, help save the day with Amazing Amy, and join the action in “Pop-Pop-Popcorn.” With surprises and playful transformations around every corner, YOUR FRIEND IS MY FRIEND inspires children to imagine, create, laugh, and celebrate the friends all around them.
In-School Shows
35 min (x2) or 55 min options
Due to the variety in Covid safety protocols and other considerations at each school, we have created a show that will be adaptable to the space you have available, whether it is a cafeteria, gym, or auditorium. We have a 35-minute and a 55-minute version of the show for in-school performances.
